Part 2: Ian Wace and Paul Marshall

Ian Wace is a co-founder of Ark along with his business partner Paul Marshall. They run Marshall Wace Asset Management. Mashall Wace was founded with half of its $50 million in start-up money coming from George Soros (Thanks to Amazing Polly for that info). Ian lost his wife Joanne and his two kids Guy and Alicia in a car crash. To make matters worse he was driving home ahead of them and witnessed it happen in his rear-view mirror. The car lost control and collided with a truck. The coroner ruled it an accident. At first Ian blamed the Range Rover his wife was driving and tried to prove that they are unsafe but later gave up out of lack of evidence. The tragic death of his wife and kids is what Ian attributes to the creation of Ark. Considering what we know about Ark I am extremely dubious that it actually had anything to do with Ark’s creation. Following the tragedy, Ian had a short-lived marriage to Fiona Hardy. He then married fashion model Saffron Aldridge. Saffron is, in what is now a general trend, present in Epstein’s black book. She is now a fixture at Ark events such as the project Through the Eyes of a Child which took place at the art auction place Sotheby's.

Ark is heavily involved in vaccines and vaccination projects. They are very involved in testing for HIV in Africa. In 2012, they had a vaccination project for African’s suffering from rotavirus with Bill Gates even providing them funding. Incredibly, Bill Gates also funds the occultist Lucis Trust. Ian and Paul made $50 million dollars due to shorting the market. It certainly makes you think that they may have had inside information and prepositioned themselves. The website bridgelifeinthemix.info considers Ark the Epstein Coronavirus network. Ian Wace has even spoken at Gavi (The Vaccine Alliance).

Sir Paul Marshall (he was knighted for Arks supposed service to education) is considered the more Conservative of the two. He notably backed Brexit. He is also one of the founders of Jordan Peterson’s pet project ARC (Alliance for Responsible Citizenship) which is billed as an alternative to the vision of the WEF. Amazing Polly made a great video where she pointed out some troubling connections although she did not then understand the close Epstein connection to Ark (or Arc for that matter). Paul Marhsall’s son is Winston Marshall who was previously the banjo player and guitarist of the band Mumford and Sons. He left the band after he was cancelled after posting favorably of a book by Andy Ngo.
