As some of you are aware, Utah county attorney David Leavitt is currently under investigation for Satanic Ritual abuse and child cannibalism! David Leavitt is funded by George Soros affiliated groups. George Soros funds the Govern For Impact (GFI) which is connected to New Venture Fund which has a component Just Trust For Action that gave money to David Leavitt. Leavitt is Republican but he is soft on crime and he outright disbanded the Special Victims Unit which prosecuted sex crimes. Thank you to the Leavitt Factor for first finding this information. But that is not where the Soros connection ends. David Leavitt runs the Leavitt Institute (TLI) which has Natalie Jaresko on the board. She was the former finance minister of Ukraine. Oddly, she is American and doesn't have Ukrainian citizenship so she shouldn't have been able to even take the role. Natalie Jaresko has a deep link to Ukrainian steel pipe oligarch Victor Pinchuk. He is the son-in-law of former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma and according to the NY Times George Soros is his friend and mentor. Pinchuk gave Jaresko her academic beginnings with his World Wide Studies scholarship program. But that is far from the only connection they have. Nearly every organization Jaresko is involved in is either a partner of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation or he is a co-member alongside her. They are both on the board of the anti-Russian Atlantic Council. Brookings and the Aspen Institute are partners of The Victor Pinchuk Foundation. Pinchuk hosts the Ukrainian Breakfast at Davos giving him a clear WEF connection. Both Pinchuk and Natalie Jaresko are also on the Transatlantic Council on Election Integrity which exists to accuse Trump of Russian collusion. Pinchuk being on the board of TCEI is ironic as Robert Mueller once investigated a $150,000 payment he made to Trump for a speech. I believe George Webb has said it was likely entrapment used to justify the Trump impeachment. Jaresko is involved in all sorts of corruption. She worked for WNISEF and collected $1.77 million in bonuses when the cap on her compensation was supposed to be $150,000. Her connection to George Soros? Well, it appears he selected her.
"In his letter to Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk, Soros hints that he played a key role in selection of three key non-Ukrainian ministers—Natalia Jaresko, an American ex- State Department official as Finance Minister; Aivras Abromavicius of Lithuania as Economics Minister, and a health minister from Georgia. Soros in his December 2014 letter, referring to his proposal for a “big bank” privatization of Naftogaz and price rise, states, “You are fortunate to have appointed three ‘new Ukrainian’ ministers and several natives (sic) who are committed to this approach.”

But beyond that according to FreeUkraine.org George Soros also paid the salaries of these three foreign Ukrainian Ministers using his International Renaissance Foundation. Clearly, Jaresko was someone George Soros was heavily invested in and desperately wanted in a powerful position. https://archive.ph/RyWY7
David Leavitt also operates the Leavitt Foundation out of Ukraine. Him having Natalie Jaresko, the former finance minister of Ukraine, on the board of his foundation enables him to have greater leverage in the country. It is one thing that George Soros directly funds a county attorney accused of ritual abuse. This alone could be excused as misplaced trust. However, so many of David Leavitt’s Ukrainian connections directly linking to Soros and Soros affiliated organizations paints an even uglier picture.
